We hope you love every RHC item you receive, but in case you need to return or exchange an item, here are the details!
Defective items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery via email@example.com. Be sure to include your order number and image(s) of the defective/damaged item.
Requests for defective items after the three day deadline will not be eligible for replacement.
For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, as well as products lost or damaged in the mail before being returned to The Redheaded Camel.
What is NOT eligible to be returned: custom items (paintings, grad caps, apparel, etc), personalized items (any item made to order with your name or other personalization), items purchased using a coupon code or anything else marked as final sale.
Once a shipment leaves our studio, it is in the care of USPS (or the shipping service you select at checkout). The Redheaded Camel cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost, misdelivered, or damaged in transit, but we will always do our best to help resolve the situation.
If your tracking data shows that your shipment has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local post office for assistance. They'll begin with a trace of the package and assist in locating/obtaining your package promptly. We are not able to see additional tracking data, so starting with your USPS branch is always the best first step to successful delivery.
