DAMAGED ITEMS
Our items are carefully packaged to ensure that they arrive to you in beautiful condition. Should your item arrive damaged in any way, please contact hello@theredheadedcamel.com within 48 hours of receiving the item so that we can find a solution. Please provide photos of the damaged items and the box.
SHIPPING AND TURNAROUND TIMES
Please order in enough time to account for shipping if you need your item(s) in hand by a certain date. The Redheaded Camel will make every effort to ship by the date promised but cannot be held responsible for delays on behalf of USPS or UPS. Though a delay is rare, even priority mail shipping can sometimes take 3-5 days.
PERSONALIZED ITEMS
For personalized Items: Please be aware that each item is individually drawn, hand written, and created just for you - so no two are exactly alike. We think that adds to the charm!
Mockups are not included as part of the cost of personalized items. If you require a mockup before your design is produced, the cost is $10/item. Revisions after the initial mockup is sent will be billed at a rate of $6/revision, per item. There are a wealth of examples of my work and style on our website www.theredheadedcamel.com and on social media (@theredheadedcamel) where you can see examples that will help you imagine your own finished product.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on custom items unless a mistake is made when personalizing.
Returns can be made within 14 days of purchase. We do not offer complimentary online returns, but we are happy to help you purchase a shipping label if you wish!
We do not offer refunds on personalized items (anything with customization!) so please pay extra close attention to the details for those items.
